What we do with your information.
Short version: anything you type into a form on this site becomes an email to us. There is no database, no advertising tracker, and nothing is sold to anybody.

What the forms collect.
There are three of them, and none of them are required to use this site — you can always just call 720-236-0454 instead.

The material intake form asks for a site location because we cannot quote a pickup without knowing where it is. If you would rather not put an address in a form, leave it out and tell us on the phone.

Where a submission actually goes.
It becomes an email to contact@revolvereclaimed.com, sent through Resend, our email delivery service. Photographs ride along as attachments on that email.
This site does not have a database. Nothing you submit is stored on the website itself. It exists in our email inbox, the same as if you had written to us directly, and it is read by Sarah, Cole and Mike.
One technical detail worth being straight about: when a form is submitted, our server briefly sees the IP address the submission came from and uses it to stop the same address flooding the form with spam. It is held in memory for a matter of minutes and is never written to disk, never attached to your enquiry, and never used to work out who you are.

What tracks you here, and what doesn't.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and tells us which pages people read and roughly where in the world they are. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you.
We also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It sets cookies. It tells us which pages get read, how people arrived, and which things get clicked — the phone number, the directions link, the material filters, the buttons. We record that a form was started and sent; we never record what you typed into it. We have switched off Google's advertising signals, so nothing here is used to build an advertising profile or to target ads at you anywhere.
We do not run an advertising pixel, a chat widget, a newsletter popup or a heatmap recorder. There is no shopping cart and this site never handles a payment. If you would rather not be counted, browser tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Global Privacy Control all stop it, and nothing on the site breaks when they do.
The site embeds a Google Map on the Visit page. Google sets its own cookies when that map loads, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours.

Who else sees any of this.
Four companies, each doing one job, and none of them are given your information for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the pages.
- Google provides the analytics described above.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Our email provider holds that inbox, like any business.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anybody for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question about a beam. If the law compelled us to hand something over we would have to comply, the same as any business.

How long we keep it.
We keep them. Enquiries stay in our inbox indefinitely, because someone asking about a mantel in March often comes back in September and it helps to have the thread. There is no automatic deletion schedule and we are not going to pretend there is one.
If you want your enquiry and any photographs deleted, or you want to know what we still have, email contact@revolvereclaimed.com or call720-236-0454 and say so. We will do it and tell you when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

This page is updated whenever the site changes what it collects, in the same breath as the change itself. Last updated 14 August 2026.
