FIG. 06Our Story

A family yard on South Jason Street.

Since 2012 we've been pulling character out of the waste stream — boxcar floors, barn beams, coal-fired steel, retired athletic turf — and getting it into Denver homes for a fraction of the cost of new.

We're small, local, and hands-on. The dog's usually here.
